Breakfast Burritos


  • 12-18 eggs
  • 12-16 oz bacon
  • 16 oz Jimmy Dean Sausage Roll
  • 20-32 oz shredded hash browns
  • 1 pack of 24 slices American cheese
  • Bag of 10-20 flour burrito tortillas
  • 12-15 oz Pico De Gallo


  1. Cook bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces. (These steps can be done at same time as sausage and hash browns)
  2. Cook sausage, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. (This step can be done at same time as bacon and hash browns)
  3. Cook hash browns until golden brown. (This step can be done at same time as sausage and bacon)
  4. Scramble the eggs.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked meats, eggs, hash browns, and Pico De Gallo, stirring thoroughly.
  6. Place a slice of cheese on each tortilla, then add a generous spoonful of the mixture.
  7. Roll up the burritos and seal by searing in a hot pan.
