Ingredients
- 12-18 eggs
- 12-16 oz bacon
- 16 oz Jimmy Dean Sausage Roll
- 20-32 oz shredded hash browns
- 1 pack of 24 slices American cheese
- Bag of 10-20 flour burrito tortillas
- 12-15 oz Pico De Gallo
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces. (These steps can be done at same time as sausage and hash browns)
- Cook sausage, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. (This step can be done at same time as bacon and hash browns)
- Cook hash browns until golden brown. (This step can be done at same time as sausage and bacon)
- Scramble the eggs.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked meats, eggs, hash browns, and Pico De Gallo, stirring thoroughly.
- Place a slice of cheese on each tortilla, then add a generous spoonful of the mixture.
- Roll up the burritos and seal by searing in a hot pan.
