Wheat Bread (bread machine)


  • 1.5 cups of warm milk
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cups Bread flour
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp instant yeast


  1. Add ingredients to bread machine in the order listed above (liquids first, then flour, then sugar, then salt, then yeast)
  2. Set bread machine to wheat bread option.
  3. Bake for designated time.
  4. When done, set out for an hour to cool. After about an hour, slice into slices and package into plastic bag.
