Creamy Chicken Gnocchi Bake


  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 5 oz Baby spinach
  • 17.5 oz Gnocchi
  • 8 oz Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 Onion (diced)
  • 200ml Water
  • 200ml Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  • S&P to taste
  • Shredded Mozzarella to top


  1. Preheat the oven at 375°F.
  2. Add the spinach, chicken, gnocchi, mushroom & onion to the dish.
  3. In a blender combine the water and chicken stock, add the paprika, garlic, Italian herbs, and mix until combined.
  4. Add the chicken stock mixture to the dish and then top with mozzarella & cracked black pepper.
  5. Give it a little stir together, making sure the spinach is fully submerged in the stock mix (so that it wilts) sauce will thicken as it cooks & cools.
  6. Cook in the oven at 375°F for approximately 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
